USE OF DOCUMENTS. The Trustees reserve the right to use documents prepared under this Agreement regardless of whether the Agreement is terminated or the project is suspended or abandoned. This right allows the Trustees to use these documents in the future for the same project, a modified version of it, or for one that is similar.
