Use of Domestic Steel. 1.5.1 The Contractor is required by law to supply domestically produced steel products used for load bearing structural purposes on all projects funded in whole or in part with State funds. 1.5.2 The A/E, Contractors, and Subcontractors shall comply with the requirements of the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission’s policy regarding the specification and use of domestically produced steel products, including furnishing the required certifications.
