Scope of Services; Applicable Law. .1 The A/E shall provide professional design services for the Project, including, but not limited to, services customarily furnished in accordance with generally accepted architectural or engineering services, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the provisions set forth in the attached Scope of Architect/Engineer Agreement labeled Exhibit #1.‌

Scope of Services; Applicable Law. The Associate shall provide professional design services, including without limitation services customarily furnished in accordance with generally accepted architectural or engineering services, for the Project in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Associate shall provide such services in accordance with the applicable Sections of the Ohio Revised Code and any applicable state rules and regulations, any applicable federal and local statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, the applicable Announcement issued pursuant to Section 153.67 of the Ohio Revised Code (the "Announcement"), the approved Program of Requirements, the Associate's Technical Proposal for the Project (the "Technical Proposal") and the University’s Design Guidelines and Standards Manual, inclusive of Sustainable Design and Commissioning requirements.

The Architect shall cooperate with the Construction Manager in performing services hereunder.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
