Use of external labour. 1. The employer shall provide information on the conclusion of a subcontracting agreement and the use of external labour in advance to the shop xxxxxxx elected by virtue of this agreement or, if there is no shop xxxxxxx, to the occupational safety and health representative. The notification shall include information on the intended extent of the use of external labour, information on the company used, and the estimated term of validity of the contract. If the urgency of the work or some similar factor renders this impossible, then said advice may exceptionally be given afterward but without delay.
