Other compensation for transportation expenses. The person concerned shall be compensated for the price of travel tickets, for seat and berth reservation charges, for freight charges for transporting necessary tools and equipment, as well as for other compa- rable necessary costs in connection with the official journey. Costs for travelling in taxi and chartered or leasing vehicles may be compensated if the use has been justified taking into account the conditions set out in article 5. A parking fee charged at an airport, a railway station or a hotel will be reimbursed based on the receipt, however at maximum for three days per each business trip.

Car parking charges in airports, train stations and in connection with hotel accommo- dation shall be paid against receipt, however not for a longer period than three days for each official journey. The paid expenses of a journey that has been completed by taxi, order or hire vehicle, or by means of other transport, shall be compensated, if its use is justified in terms of the requirements set out in Section 5. 8 § Certain compensation for specific expenses during journeys abroad The following expenses, justified by appropriate receipts, shall be compensated as costs in connection with official journeys abroad:

  • Compensation Expenses (a) In consideration of the foregoing, the Advisor shall pay the Sub-advisor, with respect to the Fund, a fee as specified in Appendix B hereto. Such fees shall be accrued by the Advisor daily and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first business day of each calendar month for services performed hereunder during the prior calendar month.
