Use of Insurance Proceeds. The Contractor shall immediately use any payment received from insurance coverages to remediate civil or environmental damages, and to repair or replace any damaged or destroyed Materials. Once all the Costs of repair or replacement have been covered, the Contractor may use the surplus of the amounts received as insurance coverage, guarantees or any other financial instrument to recover the Costs incurred before receipt.
