Use Of Lease. Lessee shall have the right to drill such xxxxx on leased land as Lessee may deem desirable for the purposes hereof including the exploration and production of Geothermal Resources for heat or electric power production purposes and any reinjection of fluids thereof. Lessee shall have the right to construct upon leased land such equipment and structures as Lessee may deem desirable for the purpose of utilizing Leased Substances including geothermal power plants, access and piping and transmission equipment related thereto. No well shall be drilled on the leased land within 300 feet of any residence or 100 feet of any barn now on leased land without Lessor’s consent.

Use Of Lease. Lessee shall have the right to drill such xxxxx on leased land as Lessee may deem desirable for the purposes hereof including the exploration and production of Geothermal Resources for heat or electric power production purposes and any reinjection of fluids thereof. Lessee shall have the right to construct upon leased land such equipment and structures as Lessee may deem desirable for the purpose of utilizing Leased Substances including geothermal power plants, access and piping and transmission equipment related thereto. Lessee shall provide Lessor with at least two months (60 days) advance notice of its intent to conduct exploration activities or to construct any facilities on the leased lands, and shall seek prior consent from Lessor, not to be unreasonably withheld, regarding the location of such facilities. To the extent reasonably possible, Lessee shall schedule its drilling, construction and other activities to allow Lessor to harvest prior to the commencement of such activities, and to allow Lessor to plan for the necessary vacation of portions of normally farmed areas of the leased lands.
Use Of Lease. Lessee shall have the right to drill such xxxxx onto or under the land which is subject to the leased geothermal rights as Lessee may deem desirable for the purposes hereof including the exploration and production of Geothermal Resources for heat or electric power production purposes and any reinjection of fluids thereof. No well shall be drilled within 300 feet of any residence or 100 feet of any barn now on such land without Lessor’s consent.
Use Of Lease. Lessee may finance Lessee's acquisition of vehicles (with all accessories, individually a "vehicle" and collectively "vehicles") under this lease. When Lessee wishes a vehicle to be covered hereby, Lessee will advise Lessor and upon agreement as to the terms the vehicle will be ordered and delivered in accordance with Lessor's usual procedures. Lessee will accept a vehicle on delivery. Lessor will deliver to Lessee a Schedule reflecting the agreed terms, which Lessee will sign promptly and return to Lessor.
Use Of Lease. 2.1 The subject matter of the lease hereunder shall only be legally used by Party B as an office, and Party B shall not change the use of this paragraph during the term of this Contract. 2.2 Party B shall abide by the regulations of the state and Xiamen City on the use of premises and property management, abide by Chinese laws, regulations and various normative documents formulated by administrative authorities, and apply for and obtain all government licenses, approval certificates and business licenses required for office and business by itself. 2.3 The management and restrictions on the lease use of the leased subject matter under this Contract, the management system and property management system related to the lease bid under this Contract are also binding on both parties. Matters not mentioned herein may be separately agreed upon by both parties in writing. 2.4 Party B warrants that it shall not change the above agreed use during the lease term and without the approval of relevant authorities according to regulations.
Use Of Lease. Lessee shall have the right to drill such well or xxxxx as Lessee may deem desirable for the exercise of the leased rights, including xxxxx for injection or reinjection purposes, and shall have the further right to dispose in any such xxxxx waste brine, water and other substances, waste products from a well or xxxxx, power plants or other facilities. Lessee shall further have the right for testing purposes, to freely transfer Leased Substances and Geothermal Resources and to inject such leased Substances and Geothermal Resources into well or into any xxxxx developed pursuant to the leased rights.

  • USE OF LEASED PREMISES The Lessor is leasing the Premises to the Lessee and the Lessee is hereby agreeing to lease the Premises for the following use and purpose: Any change in use or purpose the Premises other than as described above shall be upon prior written consent of Lessor only.

  • Use of Leased Property Xxxxxx agrees to use the Leased Property only as residence. Xxxxxx agrees to obey all federal, state and local laws and regulations when using the Leased Property. Xxxxxx agrees not to store any flammable or dangerous things in or around the Leased Property. The fact that Tenant may have conflict with a roommate will not act as grounds to terminate this Lease. In the event that Xxxxxx is arrested for or charged with any crime (other than a traffic related offense not involving illegal or controlled substances) during the term of the Lease, and/or Landlord is presented with evidence of activities of Tenant which shall constitute a nuisance or a threat to Landlord, other tenants, the Leased Property or the development, Landlord shall have the right to evict Tenant from the Leased Property.

  • Construction of Lease This Lease has been prepared by Landlord and its professional advisors and reviewed by Tenant and its professional advisors. Landlord, Tenant, and their advisors believe that this Lease is the product of all their efforts, that it expresses their agreement, and agree that it shall not be interpreted in favor of either Landlord or Tenant or against either Landlord or Tenant merely because of their efforts in preparing it.

  • Use of Leave An employee does not need to use this leave entitlement in one block. Leave can be taken intermittently or on a reduced leave schedule when medically necessary. Employees must make reasonable efforts to schedule leave for planned medical treatment so as not to unduly disrupt the employer’s operations. Leave due to qualifying exigencies may also be taken on an intermittent basis.

  • TERMS OF LEASE This lease shall be for a term of two (2) school semesters beginning on the 20th day of August 2021 and terminating without notice at 5:00 PM on the 20th day of May 2022. LESSEES shall move-in on a pre-scheduled date as indicated hereafter, and shall move-out at the end of the lease term after a move-out inspection has been completed by LESSOR.
