Use of License Areas. The Parties acknowledge that Licensor may designate and redesignate, from time to time, the Stadium Parking Field, Premises and License Area. Licensor shall continue to provide up to one thousand (1,000) parking spaces based on availability and Lessor's approval, which may be withheld in its sole and absolute discretion, for Licensee’s use during the Term of this Parking Agreement. Licensee and Licensee’s Permittees shall have the right to use all or any part of the Premises from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. throughout the Term on a non-exclusive basis, in common with others using the Stadium Parking Field, subject to the rights of others to utilize any portion of the Stadium Parking Field on an exclusive basis as set forth in written agreements between the Licensor and third parties, and subject further to Licensor’s decision to permit such use on any particular day as more fully set forth in Section 2.4 hereof.
