Common use of Use of Name and Information Clause in Contracts

Use of Name and Information. Xxxxxxxx agrees that Lender shall be permitted to use information related to the Loan, including the syndication and arrangement thereof, in connection with marketing, press releases or other transactional announcements or updates provided to investor or trade publications, including, but not limited to, the placement of “tombstone” advertisements in publications of its choice at its own expense. In addition, Lender may provide information about this Agreement to market data collectors and similar service providers to the lending industry.
