Rights of Others I understand that the Company is now and may hereafter be subject to non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements with third persons which require the Company to protect or refrain from use of proprietary information. I agree to be bound by the terms of such agreements in the event I have access to such proprietary information.
Not a Limitation of Other Obligations Insurance provisions under this section shall not be construed to limit the Consultant’s obligations under this Agreement, including Indemnity.
Property of Others Unless otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the Insurer is not liable for loss or damage to property owned by any person other than the Insured, unless the interest of the Insured therein is stated in the contract.
Breach of other obligations any Security Party commits any breach of or omits to observe any of its obligations or undertakings expressed to be assumed by it under any of the Security Documents (other than those referred to in clauses 10.1.1 and 10.1.2 above) unless such breach or omission, in the opinion of the Agent (following consultation with the Banks) is capable of remedy, in which case the same shall constitute an Event of Default if it has not been remedied within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence thereof; or
Damage to Property of Others We will pay, at replacement cost, up to $500 per "occurrence" for "property damage" to property of others caused by an "insured." We will not pay for "property damage":
Lands of Other Property Owners If any part of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and/or System Upgrade Facilities and/or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be installed on property owned by persons other than Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall at Developer’s expense use efforts, similar in nature and extent to those that it typically undertakes for its own or affiliated generation, including use of its eminent domain authority, and to the extent consistent with state law, to procure from such persons any rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements that are necessary to construct, operate, maintain, test, inspect, replace or remove the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and/or System Upgrade Facilities and/or System Deliverability Upgrades upon such property.
Sale of Other Materials Forest Service re- serves the right to sell from Sale Area during the period of this contract any materials or products not subject to its terms, but shall not permit removal, possession, or use thereof that will materially interfere with Purchaser’s Op- erations. Purchaser shall not be obligated to do any work made necessary by the action of others.
Imposition of Other Requirements The Company reserves the right to impose other requirements on the Participant’s participation in the Plan, on the RSUs and on any Shares acquired under the Plan, to the extent the Company determines it is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons, and to require the Participant to sign any additional agreements or undertakings that may be necessary to accomplish the foregoing.
Execution of Other Documents The parties shall cooperate fully in the execution of any other documents and in the completion of any other acts that may be necessary or appropriate to give full force and effect to this Agreement.
Incorporation Of Other Documents All portions of the Tariff and the Operating Agreement pertinent to the subject matter of this ISA and not otherwise made a part hereof are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
