Certificate Payment Fund definition

Certificate Payment Fund means the fund created with Paying Agent into which the Corporation shall pay not less than three (3) days prior to any principal and interest paying date an amount sufficient to make all principal and interest payments.
Certificate Payment Fund means the Series 2020 Subaccount of the Certificate Payment Fund established under the Indenture.
Certificate Payment Fund means the Certificate Payment Fund established and ratified pursuant to Section 4.01 herein.

  • Certificate Paying Agent means any paying agent or co-paying agent appointed pursuant to Section 3.10 and shall initially be Wilmington Trust Company.

  • Certificateholders' Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to zero until the outstanding principal amount of each Class of Notes has been reduced to zero, and thereafter, an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (as reduced by the Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount, if any for such Distribution Date) for such Distribution Date.
