Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including manual typewriters, mimeographing machines, other duplicating equipment, audio visual equipment and computers at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall provide its own supplies and shall be responsible for any damage sustained by such equipment during Association use.
Use of Equipment mechanical failure of the equipment; negligent design or manufacture of the equipment; the provision of or the failure by the Organization to provide any warnings, directions, instructions or guidance as to the use of the equipment; failure to use or operate the equipment within my own ability.
Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and approval of the Superintendent. The Association will be allowed to use school equipment, including typewriters, computers, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay the cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.
