(e) to provide disclosure to market participants as to the security holdings of the Issuer’s shareholders, Saskatchewanand their involvement with any other reporting issuers, Manitobaissuers subject to a cease trade order or bankruptcy, Québecand information respecting penalties, Newfoundland sanctions or personal bankruptcies, and Labradorpossible conflicts of interest with the Issuer;
(f) to detect and prevent fraud;
(g) to conduct enforcement proceedings; and
(h) to perform other investigations as required by and to ensure compliance with all applicable rules, Nova Scotiapolicies, New Brunswickrulings and regulations of the TSX-V, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories securities legislation and Nunavut Securities Commissionsother legal and regulatory requirements governing the conduct and protection of the public markets in Canada.
10.3 The Subscriber also acknowledges that: (i) the TSX-V also collects additional Personal Information from other sources, including securities regulatory authorities in Canada or elsewhere, investigative law enforcement or self-regulatory organizations to ensure that the publishing purposes set forth above can be accomplished; (ii) the Personal Information the TSX-V collects may also be disclosed to the agencies and organizations referred to above or as otherwise permitted or required by law, and they may use it in their own investigations for the purposes described above; (iii) the Personal Information may be disclosed on the TSX-V’s website or through printed materials published by or pursuant to the direction of the TSX-V; and (iv) the TSX-V may from time to time use third parties to process information and provide other administrative services, and may share the information with such providers.
10.4 If the Subscriber is resident in or otherwise making available subject to the public Personal Information includingsecurities laws applicable in Ontario, for individuals, their the information provided by the Subscriber on the face page of this Agreement identifying the name, number and type of securities purchased, the aggregate Subscription Proceeds, and the Subscriber’s insider or registrant status, if applicable, and for non-individual Subscribers, the above information and their address, contact person name address and telephone number of the Subscriber, the number of Units being purchased hereunder and the total purchase price as well as the Closing Date and the exemption that the Subscriber is relying on in purchasing the Units. The Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that the Trust or the Manager may use the Personal Information provided by the Subscriber to verify the eligibility of the Subscriber under applicable securities laws. The Subscriber authorizes the indirect collection of Personal Information by the Ontario Securities Commission and confirms that the Subscriber has been notified by the Manager:
(a) that the Trust Units will be delivering such Personal Information disclosed to the Ontario Securities Commission;
(b) that , and such Personal Information information is being indirectly collected indirectly by the Ontario Securities Commission under the authority granted to it under the securities laws of the Province of Ontario;
(c) that such Personal Information legislation. This information is being collected for the purpose purposes of the administration and enforcement of the securities laws of the Province legislation of Ontario; and
. Each Subscriber (dfor certainty including each Disclosed Principal) that hereby authorizes the titleindirect collection of such information to the Ontario Securities Commission. 12.2 The Subscriber Disclosing Party, on its own behalf and, if applicable, on behalf of any Disclosed Principal, hereby acknowledges and consents to: (i) the disclosure by the Disclosing Party and the Recipient of Personal Information (defined in Section 12.5) concerning the Disclosing Party to the Regulatory Authorities, or to the TSXV or TSX and their affiliates, authorized agents, subsidiaries and divisions; and (ii) the collection, use, use and disclosure of certain Personal Information by the British ColumbiaTSXV or TSX for the following purposes (or as otherwise identified by the TSXV or TSX, Albertafrom time to time):
(a) to conduct background checks;
(b) to verify the Personal Information that has been provided about the Disclosing Party;
(c) to consider the suitability of the Disclosing Party as a holder of securities of the Recipient;

12.3 The Disclosing Party also acknowledges that: (i) the TSXV and TSX also collect additional Personal Information from other sources, including securities regulatory authorities in Canada or elsewhere, investigative law enforcement or self regulatory organizations, and regulations service providers to ensure that the publishing purposes set forth above can be accomplished; (ii) the Personal Information the TSXV and TSX collects may also be disclosed to the agencies and organizations referred to above or as otherwise permitted or required by law, and they may use it in their own investigations for the purposes described above; (iii) the Personal Information may be disclosed on the TSXV's or TSX’s website or through printed materials published by or pursuant to the direction of the TSXV or TSX; and (iv) the TSXV and TSX may from time to time use third parties to process information and provide other administrative services, and may share the information with such providers.
12.4 If the Disclosing Party is resident in or otherwise making available subject to the public Personal Information includingSecurities Laws applicable in the Province of Ontario, for individuals, their the information provided by the Disclosing Party on pages 1 and 2 of this Agreement and elsewhere in this Agreement identifying the name, number and type of securities purchased, the aggregate Subscription Proceeds, and the Subscriber’s insider or registrant status, if applicable, and for non-individual Subscribers, the above information and their address, contact person name address and telephone number of the Disclosing Party, the number of Common Shares being purchased hereunder and the total Aggregate Subscription Price as well as the Closing Date and the exemption that the Subscriber Disclosing Party is relying on in purchasing the Units. The Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that the Trust Common Shares or the Manager may use the Personal Information provided by the Subscriber to verify the eligibility of the Subscriber under applicable securities laws.
