Use of Personal Information. By submitting or providing us access to Personal Information, you agree that Blackboard, its affiliates, and subsidiaries, may Process the Personal Information solely for the purposes of (i) providing Products and Services to you, (ii) maintaining, supporting, evaluating, improving and/or developing our Products and Services and developing new Products and Services, (iii) enforcing our rights under the Agreement, and (iv) as permitted with the Authorized User’s consent solely with respect to their own Personal Information. We shall not use Personal Information for targeted advertising.
