Use of Previously Prepared Materials. In the event that there exist previously prepared designs, plans, specifications, studies, drawings, estimates or other documents, or any other works of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression, including but not limited to physical drawings, data magnetically or otherwise recorded on computer disks, or other writings, that were prepared by design professionals other than Architect, whether supplied by District or by Architect, which are relied upon, altered or otherwise utilized by Architect, Architect shall be responsible for giving appropriate recognition to such other design professionals in any materials prepared by Architect under this Agreement.

  • Vendor Logo (Supplemental Vendor Information Only) No response Optional. If Vendor desires that their logo be displayed on their public TIPS profile for TIPS and TIPS Member viewing, Vendor may upload that logo at this location.   • Notification of Modifications of Licensed Materials From time to time, the Licensor may add, change, or modify portions of the Licensed Materials, or migrate the Licensed Materials to other formats. When such changes, modifications, or migrations occur, the Licensor shall give prior written notice of any such changes to the Licensee and the Participating Institutions as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than sixty (60) days in advance of such event. If any of the changes, modifications, or migrations renders the Licensed Materials substantially less useful to the Participating Institutions or their Authorized Users, the Licensee may seek to terminate this Agreement for breach pursuant to Section 11.

  • Modification of Licensed Materials The Participating Institutions or the Authorized Users shall not modify or manipulate the Licensed Materials without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • COMPLIANCE WITH EPA REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO GRANTS SUBGRANTS, COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS, AND CONTRACTS Contractor certifies compliance with all applicable standards, orders, regulations, and/or requirements issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1857(h)), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act, as amended (13 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 117389 and Environmental Protection Agency Regulation, 40 CFR Part 15.
