Common use of Use of Public Way Clause in Contracts

Use of Public Way. The Company will have the right of ingress to and egress from the Airport, the Premises, and the Common Use Areas for the Company’s Parties, including customers, suppliers of materials, furnishers of services, equipment, vehicles, machinery and other property. Such right will be subject to Applicable Laws and the Authority’s right to establish Authority Rules and Regulations and Operating Directives governing (A) the general public, including the Company’s customers, and (B) access to non-public areas at the Airport by the Company’s Parties.

Use of Public Way. The Company will have the right of ingress to and egress from the Airport, the Premises, and the Common Use Areas common use areas for the Company’s Partiesofficers, employees, agents, and invitees, including customers, suppliers of materials, furnishers of services, equipment, vehicles, machinery and other property. Such right will be subject to Applicable Laws applicable laws, and the Authority’s right to establish Authority Rules rules and Regulations regulations and Operating Directives operating directives governing (A) the general public, including the Company’s customers, and (B) access to non-public areas at the Airport by the Company’s Partiesemployees, suppliers of materials, and furnishers of services.
