Use of Real Property. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary occupies or uses, or has any inventory located at, any parcel or tract of real property other than (i) the Owned Real Property, (ii) the Leased Real Properties and (iii) the real properties listed on Schedule 3.12(c) (which listing shall include the address thereof and the name of the owner or lessee or sublessee thereof, and shall identify the use thereof, e.g., customer location, bailee, warehouseman, etc.).
