Use of Recycled Paper and Electronic Documents. Consultant shall prepare and submit all reports, written studies and other printed material on recycled paper to the extent it is available at equal or less cost than virgin paper. Documents shall be printed on both sides of the page and City shall be provided with electronic copies of documents (in Word or .pdf format) except where unusual circumstances make it infeasible to do so.
