USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES, BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT. Upon approval of the Administration and pursuant to Board Policy, the FOPE and its representatives may have the right to use school facilities, buildings and equipment at reasonable times when such facilities, buildings and equipment are not otherwise in use. The Board may charge a reasonable fee for use of facilities, buildings and equipment.
