USE OF SETBACK AREAS. Within the required setback area from streets there shall be maintained on each Site only paved walkways, paved driveways (hardscape), and lawns and landscaping, with the surface of each Site not covered by improvements being at all times maintained so as to be dust free. At least two-thirds (2/3) of the surface of the required setback area from streets shall be maintained in landscaping.
