Common use of Use of the Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of the Equipment. Lessee will not install, use, operate or maintain the Equipment improperly, carelessly, in violation of any applicable law or in a manner contrary to that contemplated by this Agreement. Lessee will obtain all permits and licenses, if any, necessary for the installation and operation of the Equipment. In addition, Xxxxxx agrees to comply in all respects (including, without limitation, with respect to the use, maintenance and operation of each item of the Equipment) with all applicable laws, regulations and rulings of any legislative, executive, administrative or judicial body; provided, however, that Lessee may contest in good faith the validity or application of any such law, regulation or ruling in any reasonable manner that does not, in the opinion of Lessor, adversely affect the interest of Lessor in and to the Equipment or its interest or rights under this Agreement.

Lessee will obtain shall provide all permits and licenses, if any, necessary for the installation and operation of the Equipment. In addition, Xxxxxx agrees to comply in all respects (including, without limitation, with respect to all laws of the use, maintenance and operation of each jurisdiction in which its operations involving any item of the Equipment) with all applicable laws, regulations Equip­ment may extend and rulings of any legislative, executive, administrative or judicial bodybody exercising any power or jurisdiction over the items of the Equipment; provided, however, provided that Lessee may contest in good faith the validity or application of any such law, regulation law or ruling rule in any reasonable manner that which does not, in the opinion of Lessor, adversely affect the interest of Lessor in and to the Equipment or its interest or rights under this AgreementLease.
