YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER VERIZON NOR ITS THIRD PARTY LICENSORS, PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR OR ANY THIRD PARTY DATA OR FOR THE BACK-UP OR RESTORATION OF YOUR OR ANY THIRD PARTY DATA REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THIS DATA IS MAINTAINED ON OUR SERVERS OR YOUR, OR YOUR PERMITTED GUESTS' DEVICE(S). YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BACK-UP ANY IMPORTANT INFORMATION SEPARATELY FROM DATA STORED ON VERIZON'S OR ANY THIRD PARTY'S SERVERS.
