USE OF THE WORK. 3.11.1 The Construction Manager shall confine Construction Equipment, Temporary Work, storage of Products, waste products and debris, and operations of employees and Subcontractors to limits indicated by laws, ordinances, permits, or the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the Place of the Work. 3.11.2 The Construction Manager shall not load or permit to be loaded any part of the Work with a weight or force that will endanger the safety of the Work. 24 CCDC 5B – 2010
