Common use of Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services Clause in Contracts

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPV’s own use) must be purchased by CPV pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPV’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPV’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV iNetworks under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV iNetworks as a Telecommunications CarrierCarrier to Resellers. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV iNetworks for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPViNetworks’s own use) must be purchased by CPV iNetworks pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV With regard to the Verizon Telecommunications Services purchased by iNetworks under this Resale Attachment, iNetworks shall not resell or permit a Reseller to resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV iNetworks to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV iNetworks shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Resellers to purchase a service, and shall require Resellers to take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of Reseller Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-means- tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV iNetworks shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPViNetworks’s failure, or the failure or a Reseller, to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPViNetworks’s conformity, and the conformity of Resellers, to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV iNetworks, Resellers and Reseller Customers shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Dynalink for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVDynalink’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Dynalink pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Dynalink shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Dynalink to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Dynalink shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Dynalink Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-means- tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Dynalink shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVDynalink’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVDynalink’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Dynalink shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Access Point for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVAccess Point’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Access Point pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Access Point shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Access Point to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Access Point shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Access Point Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Access Point shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVAccess Point’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVAccess Point’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Access Point shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and and, (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Access Point shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, services which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using using, Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Access Point Customers.

Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Tech Com for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVTech Com’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Tech Com pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Tech Com shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that unless such restriction is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Tech Com to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Tech Com shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Tech Com Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-means- tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Tech Com shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVTech Com’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVTech Com’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Tech Com shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Airus under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Airus as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Airus for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPV’s own Airus use) must be purchased by CPV Airus pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Airus shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Airus to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Airus shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Airus Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Airus shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPV’s failure to take such actions Airus required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPV’s conformity to the Airus provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are Airus subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Airus shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Airus Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Winco under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Winco as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Winco for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVWinco’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Winco pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Winco shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Winco to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Winco shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Winco Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Winco shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVWinco’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVWinco’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Winco shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV North Atlantic for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVNorth Atlantic’s own use) must be purchased by CPV North Atlantic pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV North Atlantic shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV North Atlantic to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV North Atlantic shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV North Atlantic Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV North Atlantic shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVNorth Atlantic’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVNorth Atlantic’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV North Atlantic shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Budget Phone under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Budget Phone as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Budget Phone for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVBudget Phone’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Budget Phone pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Budget Phone shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Budget Phone to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Budget Phone shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Budget Phone Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Budget Phone shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVBudget Phone’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVBudget Phone’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 Sections 4.4.2 through 4.4.4 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Budget Phone shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and and, (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Budget Phone shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, services which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using using, Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Budget Phone Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV PacOptic under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV PacOptic as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV PacOptic for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVPacOptic’s own use) must be purchased by CPV PacOptic pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV PacOptic shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV PacOptic to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV PacOptic shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV PacOptic Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-means- tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV PacOptic shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVPacOptic’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVPacOptic’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV PacOptic shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV PacOptic shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV PacOptic Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV CLEC Party under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV CLEC Party as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV CLEC Party for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVCLEC Party’s own use) must be purchased by CPV CLEC Party pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV CLEC Party shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service Telecommunications Service to persons (or categories of persons) not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, residential service shall not be resold to business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offeringsofferings (collectively, “Means-Tested Service Offerings”) to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon or in any other case where Verizon is not required to allow CLEC Party to resell Verizon’s Telecommunications Service for purposes of CLEC Party’s provision of a Means-Tested Service Offering; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or; 2.2.4 Verizon’s Telecommunications Services to another CLEC or other carrier (including, but not limited to, an Affiliate of CLEC Party). 2.2.5 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 2.2.6 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV CLEC Party to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV CLEC Party shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV CLEC Party Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other meansMeans-tested servicesTested Service Offerings, required by Applicable Law. CPV CLEC Party shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVCLEC Party’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 2.2.7 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVCLEC Party’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV CLEC Party shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers grandfathers, modifies, or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV CLEC Party shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV CLEC Party Customers.

CPV IG2 shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVIG2’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVIG2’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV IG2 shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and and, (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV IG2 shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, services which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using using, Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV IG2 Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Ciera under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Ciera as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Ciera for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVCiera’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Ciera pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Ciera shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Ciera to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Ciera shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Ciera Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Ciera shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVCiera’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVCiera’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Ciera shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and and, (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Ciera shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, services which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using using, Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Ciera Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV ECSI under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV ECSI as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV ECSI for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVECSI’s own use) must be purchased by CPV ECSI pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV ECSI shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV ECSI to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV ECSI shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV ECSI Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV ECSI shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVECSI’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVECSI’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 Sections 4.4.2 through 4.4.4 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV ECSI shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and and, (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV ECSI shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, services which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using using, Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV ECSI Customers.

Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV ICG for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVICG’s own use) must be purchased by CPV ICG pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement Amendment (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV ICG shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement Amendment (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV ICG to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV ICG shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV ICG Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV ICG shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVICG’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVICG’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and ConditionsVerizon California Terms. 2.3 CPV ICG shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service.Service.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 2.4 CPV ICG shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV ICG Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Covista under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Covista as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Covista for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVCovista’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Covista pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Covista shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Covista to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Covista shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Covista Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-means- tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Covista shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVCovista’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVCovista’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Covista shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Covista shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Covista Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV NHC under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV NHC as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV NHC for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPV’s NHC s own use) must be purchased by CPV NHC pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV NHC shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV NHC to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV NHC shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV NHC Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV NHC shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPV’s NHC s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPV’s NHC s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV NHC shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Verizon s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV NHC shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV NHC Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Buckeye under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Buckeye as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Buckeye for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVBuckeye’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Buckeye pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Buckeye shall not resell:resell:‌ 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Buckeye to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Buckeye shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Buckeye Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-means- tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Buckeye shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVBuckeye’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVBuckeye’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Buckeye shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Buckeye shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Buckeye Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Citrix under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Citrix as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Citrix for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVCitrix’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Citrix pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Citrix shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Citrix to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Citrix shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Citrix Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Citrix shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVCitrix’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVCitrix’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Citrix shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Citrix shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Citrix Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Ymax under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Ymax as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Ymax for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVXxxx’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Ymax pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Ymax shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Ymax to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Ymax shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Ymax Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Ymax shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVXxxx’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVYmax’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Ymax shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Ymax shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Ymax Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV DSCI under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV DSCI as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV DSCI for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVDSCI’s own use) must be purchased by CPV DSCI pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV DSCI shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV DSCI to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV DSCI shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV DSCI Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV DSCI shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVDSCI’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVDSCI’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV DSCI shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Lightcore under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Lightcore as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Lightcore for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVLightcore’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Lightcore pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Lightcore shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Lightcore to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Lightcore shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Lightcore Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-means- tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Lightcore shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVLightcore’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVLightcore’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Lightcore shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV MMG for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVMMG’s own use) must be purchased by CPV MMG pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV MMG shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV MMG to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV MMG shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV MMG Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV MMG shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVMMG’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVMMG’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV MMG shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV BCN for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVBCN’s own use) must be purchased by CPV BCN pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV BCN shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV BCN to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV BCN shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV BCN Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV BCN shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVBCN’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVBCN’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV BCN shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV BCN shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV BCN Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Budget Phone under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Budget Phone as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Budget Phone for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVBudget Phone’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Budget Phone pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Budget Phone shall not resell:resell:‌ 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Budget Phone to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Budget Phone shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Budget Phone Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Budget Phone shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVBudget Phone’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVBudget Phone’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Budget Phone shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Budget Phone shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Budget Phone Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Selectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Selectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Selectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVSelectel’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Selectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Selectel shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Selectel to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Selectel shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Selectel Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-means- tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Selectel shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVSelectel’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVSelectel’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Selectel shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV Telrite under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV Telrite as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV Telrite for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVTelrite’s own use) must be purchased by CPV Telrite pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV Telrite shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV Telrite to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV Telrite shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV Telrite Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV Telrite shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVTelrite’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVTelrite’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV Telrite shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV Telrite shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV Telrite Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV BLC under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV BLC as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV BLC for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPV’s BLC s own use) must be purchased by CPV BLC pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV BLC shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV BLC to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV BLC shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV BLC Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV BLC shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPV’s BLC s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPV’s BLC s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV BLC shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Verizon s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 CPV BLC shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to CPV BLC Customers.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CPV BTI under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CPV BTI as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV BTI for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVBTI’s own use) must be purchased by CPV BTI pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV BTI shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service Telecommunications Service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that which resale restriction is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV BTI to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV BTI shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV BTI Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. CPV BTI shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVBTI’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVBTI’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice once per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV BTI shall be subject to the same limitations that apply to Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 CPV NLG shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. CPV Nettalk shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from CPVNettalk’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm CPVNettalk’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CPV CLEC Party for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CPVCLEC Party’s own use) must be purchased by CPV CLEC Party pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 CPV CLEC Party shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service Telecommunications Service to persons (or categories of persons) not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, residential service shall not be resold to business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offeringsofferings (collectively, “Means-Tested Service Offerings”) to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon or in any other case where Verizon is not required to allow CLEC Party to resell Verizon’s Telecommunications Service for purposes of CLEC Party’s provision of a Means-Tested Service Offering; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or; 2.2.4 Verizon’s Telecommunications Services to another CLEC or other carrier (including, but not limited to, an Affiliate of CLEC Party). 2.2.5 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law.Law.‌ 2.2.5 2.2.6 In addition to any other actions taken by CPV CLEC Party to comply with this Section 2.2, CPV CLEC Party shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of CPV CLEC Party Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other meansMeans-tested servicesTested Service Offerings, required by Applicable Law.
