Common use of Use of Work Product Clause in Contracts

Use of Work Product. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ARRANGEMENTS Except as specifically set forth in writing and signed by both the employee and SCEA, SCEA shall have all copyright and patent rights with respect to all materials developed by the employee in the employ of SCEA during working hours; or time paid for by SCEA or; using SCEA's resources. All such materials so developed remain the sole property of SCEA. Any material prepared for SCEA by an external source which has been purchased or granted to SCEA is the sole property of SCEA unless stated otherwise.
