Xxxxxx’x name in any document, publication or publicity material relating to the Customer, including, but not limited to, notices, sales literature, stationery, advertisements, etc., without the prior written consent of X.X. Xxxxxx (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), provided that no prior consent is needed if the document in which X.X. Xxxxxx’x name is used merely states that X.X. Xxxxxx is acting as custodian to the Customer.
