Common use of Use Policies Clause in Contracts

Use Policies. When Customer accesses and uses a Cloud Service, Customer is responsible for complying with the SLSA, applicable laws and the Use Policies referenced in the Matrix. The Use Policies are posted on this website: xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/TermsOfSale (or such successor site) and are incorporated into and form part of this SLSA. Avaya may update the Use Policies from time to time and will post the updated version. Such updates will become effective on the next calendar month in which Avaya posts the updated version. Customer is responsible for reviewing the Matrix to determine which Use Policy applies to each Service.
