Use Resources Responsibly. Contractors and their Representatives shall use LAUSD assets for LAUSD business-related purposes only unless given written permission for a specific exception by an authorized LAUSD official. LAUSD assets include: time, property, supplies, services, consumables, equipment, technology, intellectual property, and information. C Protect Confidentiality – Contractors and their Representatives shall protect and maintain confidentiality of the work and services they provide to LAUSD. All communications and information obtained in the course of seeking or performing work for LAUSD should be considered confidential. No confidential information relating to LAUSD should ever be disclosed without express authorization by LAUSD in writing, unless otherwise legally mandated.
