Use Restrictions. Use Restrictions. You will ensure Your permission to and Your End Users’ use of the Service complies with this Agreement, and You will inform Your End Users of, and enforce, the restrictions below. The Client acknowledges and agrees that this Clause reflects a reasonable allocation of risk and that TheeCardMaker would not have entered into this Agreement without these liability limitations. This Clause will survive notwithstanding any limited remedy’s failure of essential purpose.
