Common use of User Fees Clause in Contracts

User Fees. The Client shall pay all Fees specified in the Client’s Tovuti Purchase Terms. Except as otherwise specified by Tovuti: (i) all Fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars; (ii) all Fees are based on Services purchased and shall not be limited if usage by the Client is less than purchased "ordered by the Client and not actual usage; (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and Fees paid are non-refundable (except as provided in Section 11.3); and (iv) the level of service cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term. Fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof; therefore, Fees for subscriptions added in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that full monthly period and the monthly periods remaining in the relevant subscription term.
