Common use of User Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

User Subscriptions. 3.1 Subject to the Customer purchasing the User Subscriptions in accordance with clause 4.2 and clause 10.1, the restrictions set out in this clause 3 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement, the Supplier hereby grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicences, to permit the Authorised Users to use the Services and the Documentation during the Subscription Term solely for the Customer's internal business operations.

User Subscriptions. 3.1 2.1 Subject to the Customer purchasing the User Subscriptions in accordance with clause 4.2 3.3 and clause 10.19.1, the restrictions set out in this clause 3 2 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement, the Supplier Causeway hereby grants to the Customer a non-non- exclusive, non-transferable right, without (subject to clause Error! User Subscriptions. 3.1 2.1 Subject to the Customer purchasing the User Subscriptions in accordance with clause 4.2 3.3 and clause 10.19.1, the restrictions set out in this clause 3 2 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement, the Supplier Asis hereby grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicences, to permit the Authorised Users to use the Services and the Documentation during the Subscription Term solely for the Customer's internal business operations.

User Subscriptions. 3.1 2.1 Subject to the Customer Client purchasing the User Subscriptions in accordance with clause 4.2 and clause 10.19.1, the restrictions set out in this clause 3 2 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement, the Supplier Client Engager hereby grants to the Customer Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicences, to permit the Authorised Users to use the Services and the Documentation during the Subscription Term solely for the CustomerClient's internal business operations.

User Subscriptions. 3.1 2.1 Subject to the Customer purchasing acquiring the User Subscriptions in accordance with clause 4.2 2.5 and clause 10.18.1, the restrictions set out in this clause 3 2 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement, the Supplier OYM hereby grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicencessub-licences, to permit the Authorised Users to use the Services and the Documentation during the Subscription Term solely for the Customer's internal business organisation operations.

User Subscriptions. 3.1 2.1 Subject to the Customer purchasing the User Subscriptions in accordance with clause 4.2 3.4 and clause 10.18.1, the restrictions set out in this clause 3 2 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement, the Supplier hereby grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicences, to permit the Authorised Users to use the Services and the Documentation during the Subscription Term solely for the Customer's internal business operations.
