Data Retention Policy. If we collect Data Subjects personal data, the length of time we hold Data Subjects personal data depends on several factors, such as: the nature of the information we hold; the purpose for which this is processed; compliance with our legal obligations (such as crime detection and prevention, accounting, social security and taxation reporting laws); industry practices and/or accepted standards; whether Data Subjects and we are in a legal or some other type of dispute with third parties or each other. We do not retain personal information in an identifiable format for longer than is necessary. Where possible and on a case by case basis, we minimise, pseudonymize, anonymise and/or destroy personal data, when the purpose/s for which it has been collated has been fulfilled/ duly satisfied.

Data Retention Policy. Tenable will maintain Customer Scan data stored in the Hosted Environment for a period of not less than one year from the Scan date. Customer acknowledges that Tenable is in no way responsible for any of Customer’s data retention compliance requirements. Tenable’s data retention policy with respect to PCI Scans will match then-current requirements set forth by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Additional time and storage may be purchased. Data Retention Policy. Customer will manage its Customer Information in accordance with a data retention schedule customized for Customer, which is are provided on Exhibit B to this Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Exhibit B also contains information about how Customer will manage and store its archival Customer Information.
Data Retention Policy. Solodev makes no guarantees about retaining any data stored on Solodev’s systems or servers following expiration or termination of this Agreement. Solodev will typically delete such data (a) seven days following termination by either the Client or Solodev or (b) on the Client’s next billing date following termination by either the Client or Solodev. The client may request a copy of all data, which will need to be manually copied by Solodev staff to a portable hardware unit. All data will maintain its original format. The Client will be responsible for all reasonable labor and material costs associated with the manual process of data transfer. Unless data backup is requested, the Client will not have access to the Client’s data stored on Solodev’s systems or servers after seven days following a termination.

Solodev will typically delete such data seven days following termination of subscription by either the Client or Solodev. You will not have access to the Client’s data stored on Solodev’s systems or servers during a suspension or following a termination.
