Common use of Username and Password Clause in Contracts

Username and Password. 5.1. Once registered, in order to log into the Account on the App, you will be required to provide the following: (a) the cell phone number used at the time of signing-up with OTP; or (b) such other login credentials that are adopted by GrouPot from time to time and duly intimated to you for logging into the Account on the App and are used by you at the time of signing-up (“Login Credentials”). 5.2. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the Login Credentials, and to the extent allowed by law, you hereby accept responsibility for all activities on the Account authenticated through the Login Credentials, whether authorized or not. You agree to keep Login Credentials confidential and secure, and you shall not give or make Login Credentials available, directly or indirectly, to any unauthorized individual. You acknowledge and agree that if you allow, whether through action or inaction, a person to gain access to the Login Credentials, with or without permission, you are authorizing that person to use the App through the Account, and you shall be responsible for all actions that result from such access, even if you did not want the actions performed, and even if they are unauthorized or fraudulent. GrouPot shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for lack of any such authorization whilst creating the Account. 5.3. GrouPot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or arising out of your use of the App, theft of the Login Credentials, use of the Login Credentials or release of the Login Credentials to a third party or your authorization to allow another person to access and use the App using the Account. 5.4. In case of any misappropriation or unauthorized access of the Account, you agree to communicate the same to GrouPot immediately. You shall further ensure that you exit/ logout from the Account at the end of each session. GrouPot shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. You may be held liable for losses incurred by GrouPot or any user or visitor of the App due to authorized or unauthorized use of the Account, as a result of your failure in keeping the Login Credentials confidential. 5.5. You agree that the information provided by you to GrouPot, at all times (including during registration), will be true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete. You further agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date or incomplete or becomes untrue, inaccurate or incomplete or if GrouPot has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date, incomplete or not in accordance with this XXXX, GrouPot shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access to the Account on the App and refuse to provide you access to the App. You are advised to use due caution when providing any information to GrouPot accordingly.

Username and Password. 5.1(a) Your or Additional Licensee’s email addresses will be used as the identification code ("Username") and you or Additional Licensees will select a password ("Password") at the time of application to become a Subscriber. Once registered, in order to log into the Account on the App, you The Username and Password selected will be required to provide access your Subscription on the followingService. Subscribers may access the Service only by using their Username and Password and (except as expressly provided below for Multiple License Plans) may not allow any other person to access the Service using their Username or Password. Additional Licensees under a Multiple License Plan shall each have their own Username and Password as permitted under the Multiple License Plan for which the subscription fee is paid. Additional Licensees are invited to join the Subscription by the Subscriber (“Account Holder”), and can only access the Service with their own Username and Password after receiving and accepting the Account Xxxxxx’s invitation. Additional Licensees must be employees of the Subscriber to the Multiple License Plan. Note: (a) Subscriptions wherein Usernames other than Subscribers’ email addresses were selected as their own identification code will continue to work as a valid login to the cell phone number used at the time of signing-up with OTP; or Service. (b) such Subscribers shall not disclose their Username or Password to any other login credentials that person or entity and shall make all reasonable efforts to maintain their Password as secret and confidential. Subscribers are adopted by GrouPot from time to time and duly intimated to you for logging into the Account on the App and are used by you at the time of signing-up (“Login Credentials”). 5.2. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Credentialstheir Password, and to the extent allowed by law, you hereby accept responsibility for all activities on the Account authenticated through the Login Credentialsuse, whether authorized or notunauthorized, of the Service under their Username and Password. You agree The Company shall have no obligation or liability with regard thereto. If the individual Subscriber has subscribed on behalf of a library or other public institution entitled under paragraph 5 to keep Login Credentials confidential and secureextend the license rights herein granted to patrons of such institution, and you the Subscriber shall not give or make Login Credentials availablepersonally access the Subscription prior to permitting access thereto by the patron, directly or indirectly, to any unauthorized individual. You acknowledge and agree that if you allow, whether through action or inaction, a person to gain access without disclosing the Subscriber's Password to the Login Credentialspatron. (c) Subscribers must promptly inform the Company if they suspect any breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of any Username, Password, or credit card number used in connection with or without permissionthe Service. Until the Company is properly notified of a breach of security by e-mail notice at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxxx, you are authorizing that person to use the App through the Account, and you shall be Subscriber will remain responsible for all actions that result from such access, even if you did not want the actions performed, and even if they are unauthorized or fraudulent. GrouPot shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for lack of any such authorization whilst creating the Account. 5.3. GrouPot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or arising out of your use of the App, theft of the Login Credentials, use of the Login Credentials or release of the Login Credentials to a third party or your authorization to allow another person to access and use the App using the Account. 5.4. In case of any misappropriation or unauthorized access of the Account, you agree to communicate the same to GrouPot immediately. You shall further ensure that you exit/ logout from the Account at the end of each session. GrouPot shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. You may be held liable for losses incurred by GrouPot or any user or visitor of the App due to authorized or unauthorized use of the Account, as a result Service occurring under the Subscriber's Username and Password. Liability for unauthorized use of your failure in keeping credit card is subject to the Login Credentials confidentialterms required by your credit card company. 5.5. You agree that (d) Logs of all accesses to the information provided by you Service may be kept and (except in the case of Multiple License Plans) logins from more than three (3) distinct second-level domains shall constitute proof of violation of a Subscriber's obligation not to GrouPot, at all times (including during registration), will be true, accurate, up-to-datedisclose his/her Password, and complete. You further agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date or incomplete or becomes untrue, inaccurate or incomplete or if GrouPot has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date, incomplete or not may result in accordance with this XXXX, GrouPot shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block Company's termination of the Subscriber's access to the Account on Service, without notice or warning. (e) REMEMBER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD! If you forget either of them, the App and refuse Company may disclose them to provide you under security procedures determined by the Company, which may result in substantial delays in your ability to access to the App. You are advised to use due caution when providing any information to GrouPot accordinglyService.

Username and Password. 5.16.1. Once registered, in order to log into the Buyer Account on the AppPlatform, you You will be required to provide the following: (a) the cell phone mobile number used at the time of signing-up with and One Time Password (OTP); or (b) such other login credentials that are adopted by GrouPot DGIPL from time to time and duly intimated to you You for logging into the Buyer Account on the App and are used by you at the time of signing-up Platform (“Login Credentials”). 5.26.2. It is clarified that you shall not be permitted to utilise DGIPL’s retail platform (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx) (“SafeGold Retail Platform”) for purchase of Gold as a GST registered entity, and shall be solely restricted to the use of the Platform for purchase of bullion as a GST registered entity. You warrant that in the event that You purchase Gold on the SafeGold Retail Platform, it shall be in the capacity of a non-GST registered individual only. Any responsibility for compliance with tax, PMLA or other related statutes shall solely be with You and DGIPL shall not be responsible for ensuring any compliance or any liability applicable to You due to incorrect application or non-compliance with the applicable legislation. 6.3. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the Login Credentials, and to the extent allowed by law, you You hereby accept responsibility for all activities on the Buyer Account authenticated through the Login Credentials, whether authorized or not. You agree to keep Login Credentials confidential and secure, and you You shall not give or make Login Credentials available, directly or indirectly, to any unauthorized individual. You acknowledge and agree that if you You allow, whether through action or inaction, a person to gain access to the Login Credentials, with or without permission, you You are authorizing that person to use the App Platform through the Buyer Account, and you You shall be responsible for all actions that result from such access, even if you You did not want the actions performed, and even if they are unauthorized or fraudulent. GrouPot DGIPL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for lack of any such authorization whilst creating the Buyer Account. 5.36.4. GrouPot DGIPL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or arising out of your Your use of the AppPlatform, theft of the Login Credentials, use of the Login Credentials or release of the Login Credentials to a third party or your Your authorization to allow another person to access and use the App Platform using the Buyer Account. 5.46.5. In case of any misappropriation or unauthorized access of the Buyer Account, you You agree to communicate the same to GrouPot DGIPL immediately, in a manner indicated by DGIPL. You shall further ensure that you You exit/ logout from the Buyer Account at the end of each session. GrouPot DGIPL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your Your failure to comply with this provision. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by GrouPot DGIPL or any other user of or visitor of to the App Platform due to authorized or unauthorized use of the Buyer Account, as a result of your Your failure in keeping the Login Credentials confidential. 5.56.6. You agree that the information provided by you You to GrouPotDGIPL, at all times (including during registration), will be true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete. You further agree that if you You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date or incomplete or becomes untrue, inaccurate or incomplete or if GrouPot DGIPL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date, incomplete or not in accordance with this XXXX, GrouPot DGIPL shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access to the Buyer Account on the App Platform and refuse to provide you You access to the AppPlatform. You are advised to use due caution when providing any information to GrouPot DGIPL accordingly.
