Common use of Uses of Services Clause in Contracts

Uses of Services. The Service Provider will be required to provide the Services only to the Service Recipient and the Service Recipient’s Subsidiaries in connection with the Service Recipient’s operation of the Business. The Service Recipient may not resell any Services to any Person whatsoever or permit the use of such Services by any Person other than in connection with the operation of the Business in the ordinary course of business.
