Common use of USES PROHIBITED Clause in Contracts

USES PROHIBITED. (a) Tenant shall not do nor permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein which will in any way increase the existing rate or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Building or any of its contents, or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Building or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.

USES PROHIBITED. (a) a. Tenant shall not do nor or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein which will in any way increase the existing rate or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Building building or any of its contents, or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Building building or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, kept used or sold in or about said Premises any articles or substances, inflammable or otherwise, which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.

(a) Tenant shall not do nor or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein which in or on the Premises that is not within the Permitted Use or that will in any way increase the existing rate on or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Building or any of its contents, Facility or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Building the Facility or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.

USES PROHIBITED. (a) Tenant Lessee shall not do nor or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein which will in any way increase the existing rate or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Building or any of its contentscontents (unless Lessee shall pay any increased premium as a result of such use or acts), or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Building or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant Lessee sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.

(a) Tenant shall not do nor or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein which is not within the permitted use of the Premises which will in any way increase the existing rate on or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Building Project or any of its contents, or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Building the Project or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.

USES PROHIBITED. (a) Tenant shall not do nor or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein in or on the Premises that is not within the Permitted Use of the Premises or which will in any way increase the existing rate on or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Building Complex or any of its contents, or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy or policies covering said the Building Complex or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant sell contents or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurancecreate an environmental hazard.

(a) Tenant shall not do nor or permit anything any thing to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein which is not within the permitted use of the Premises which will in any way increase the existing rate on or affect any fire or other insurance upon the entire Building or any of its contents, or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said entire Building or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.

USES PROHIBITED. (a) Tenant shall not do nor permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein which will in any way increase the existing rate or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Building or any of its contents, or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Building or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance. In the event Tenant is in violation of this Section 6.3(a), Landlord agrees to notify Tenant.

USES PROHIBITED. (a) Tenant shall not do nor or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor or the Building, or bring or keep or permit to be brought or kept anything therein in or about the Premises or Building, which is prohibited by any Law (as defined in SECTION 6.3(b) below), or which is prohibited by, or will in any way increase the existing rate of, cause a cancellation of, or otherwise affect any fire or other insurance upon on the Building Building, or any part thereof, or any of its contents, or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Building or any part thereof or any of its contents, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.
