Online Banking/Mobile BankingOnline Banking and Mobile Banking are services that allow you to access your Account electronically via the internet to do tasks such as the following: 1. Transfer funds between accounts; 2. Make person-to-person payments; 3. Make bill payments; and 4. View the history of your Accounts and your BECU loans.
Online Banking/Mobile BankingOnline Banking is BECU’s service that allows you to access your Account by way of a personal computer or a mobile device, and Mobile Banking allows access by way of a mobile device or tablet to do tasks such as the following: 1. Transfer funds between accounts; 2. Make person-to-person payments; and 3. Make bill payments; and 4. View the history of your Savings and Checking Accounts and BECU loan accounts.
Online Banking/Mobile Banking. If we approve Online/Mobile Banking for your accounts, a temporary password will be assigned to you. For added security you must enroll and select a picture from a library of images and provide an answer to a Challenge Question. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claim caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), any related software, or computer communication equipment. We will deny access to the online banking service if an incorrect PIN is entered three (3) times. At the present time, you may use Online/Mobile Banking to: • Transfer funds from your share (savings), share draft (checking), and loans. • Obtain balance information for your share (savings), share draft (checking), certificates, and loans. • Make loan payments from your share (savings), share draft (checking) accounts. • Obtain balance information and make loan payments on credit card accounts (Online only) • Determine if a particular item has cleared. • Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. • Make xxxx payments to preauthorized creditors (Xxxx Payment) Your accounts can be accessed under Online/Mobile Banking via personal computer, mobile phone, or other approved access device. Online/Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24/7. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceeds a credit limit, or lower an account below a required balance. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. • There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. • Transactions are limited to the available funds in your account. • See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.
Online Banking/Mobile Banking a. To use Online Banking, you must have: i. An Internet access device with service through an Internet Service Provider. ii. An Online Login ID and Password. iii. A computer equipped with a network interface card, USB, or modem. iv. Use and maintain a commercially acceptable anti-virus/anti-spyware software. v. Use and maintain a commercially acceptable firewall (hardware/software). vi. Maintain an updated web browser and operating system. b. To use Mobile Banking services, you must have: i. A mobile device capable of accessing the internet and/or using SMS text. ii. An Online Login ID and Password. iii. The mobile app. iv. Access to the internet (via WIFI, cell carrier agreement, etc.). 1. You are responsible for web access and/or data or text message charges that may be billed by your mobile carrier or related service provider. c. You may use Online Banking/mobile banking to: i. Transfer funds between your linked Fourth Capital accounts on either a one-time or recurring basis, including payments to a linked eligible loan(s). ii. Deposit Only transfers – transfers from your linked Fourth Capital account to another Fourth Capital account owned by another Fourth Capital customer. iii. External transfers – transfers from your linked Fourth Capital account to an account you own at another financial institution. iv. View current balance information for your linked Fourth Capital accounts. v. Review available transactions for your linked accounts. vi. Perform self-service account maintenance such as re-ordering checks, stopping payment on checks, changing address and phone, and changing your Online Banking Login ID and Password. vii. Send us secure online mail messages and questions regarding your Online Banking Service. viii. View online images of certain checks and items drawn off your linked accounts. ix. View online images of deposit slips and deposited item images. x. View online statements of your Fourth Capital linked accounts. xi. Categorize transactions, create charts of your spending habits, and develop a budget for your linked accounts. xii. Deposit checks with Mobile remote deposit capture xiii. Some of the above services may not be available for certain accounts or customers.

Online Banking/Mobile Banking. Enroll in Online Banking from our website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, download our mobile banking app or access mobile banking from our mobile site at x.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx by securing and entering your username and password. You will be asked to complete a multi-factor authentication procedure, which includes security questions and answers. Additionally, you will be asked to review and/or accept any additional agreements and/or disclosures before Online Banking enrollment can be confirmed. Once enrolled in Online Banking, you may enroll in Mobile Banking from your mobile device. Mobile service provider download and usage charges may apply. Please see service provider’s Terms and Conditions for details on specific fees and charges. Please note: Monetary transfers from savings and Money Market accounts via Online Banking/Mobile Banking are included in the six allowed transfers per month under Federal Regulation D. The following transactions are subject to all applicable terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Agreement: • View savings, checking and loan account balances and history. • Transfer funds between your Credit Union accounts or to another Carolina Trust member account.* • Transfer funds to another financial institution via an ACH authorization.** • Advance funds from a savings, checking or line of credit account and deposit proceeds to any of your accounts.
