Utilisation of unused booked capacity. (1) The system user shall be obliged to make unused booked capacity available to third parties. The system user shall offer unused booked capacity exclusively only via the online platform specified in section 39 Natural Gas Act 2011 (secondary capacity platform) in conjunction with section 10 Gas Market Model Ordinance 2012.
