Common use of Utility Additions Clause in Contracts

Utility Additions. Landlord reserves the right to install new or additional utility facilities throughout the Building and the Common Areas for the benefit of Landlord or Tenant, or any other tenant of the Industrial Center, including, but not by way of limitation, such utilities as plumbing, electrical systems, security systems, communication systems, and fire protection and detection systems, so long as such installations do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
