Common use of Utility Maintained Clause in Contracts

Utility Maintained. Any change or alteration shall, when ------------------ completed, be of such character as not to reduce the utility of the Demised Premises or the Building for general office use to which such change or alteration is made below its utility to Landlord immediately before such change or alteration, nor shall such change or alteration reduce the area or cubic content of the Building, nor change the character of the Demised Premises or the Building as to use without Landlord's express written consent.
