Common use of Utility Work Clause in Contracts

Utility Work. Any work performed by or on behalf of Lessee or any occupant of the Premises to connect to, repair, relocate, maintain or install any storm drain, sanitary sewer, water line, gas line, telephone conduit, or any other utility service shall be performed in a manner that minimizes material interference with the provision of such services to the Premises and other persons.

Any work performed by or on behalf of Lessee Concessionaire or any occupant of the Premises to connect to, repair, relocate, maintain or install any storm drain, sanitary sewer, water line, gas line, telephone conduit, or any other utility service shall be performed in a manner that minimizes material interference with the provision of such services to the Premises and other persons.
