Betterment Any work considered Betterment shall be agreed upon in advance by the Parties and detailed in a Utility Agreement along with costs and allocation of responsibility for such costs to the Facility Owner.
Improvements The buildings, structures, fixtures, additions, enlargements, extensions, modifications, repairs, replacements and improvements now or hereafter erected or located on the Land (collectively, the “Improvements”);
MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the [Apartment/Plot]. [Insert any other clauses in relation to maintenance of project, infrastructure and equipment]
Construction Cost Estimate At 50% completion of the contract documents, the design team will present and submit copies of the project plans and manual. The Construction Administrator will prepare and issue the fourth of five construction cost estimates. The estimate shall be derived from actual takeoffs, subcontractor and vendor input, and material and labor cost data. All quantitative systems information shall be provided in detail.
Improvement Any alteration to the land or other physical construction located on or off the Property that is associated with this subdivision/PUD and building site developments.
MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.
Improvement Plans a. An improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher/counselor/SLP whose overall summative rating is ineffective.
Improvement Plan A written plan developed by the evaluator, utilized when a teacher received a Rating of Ineffective on his/her Evaluation or on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system.
Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs.
Construction Cost 3.1. Construction Cost does not include the fees of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and consultants, the cost of the land, rights- of-way, or other costs, which is the responsibility of the State as provided in Paragraphs 2.2 through 2.3. or any of the contingencies available for the project unless specifically stated otherwise.
