Common use of Vacancies in Offices Clause in Contracts

Vacancies in Offices. A vacancy in any office because of death, resignation, removal, disqualification or other cause shall be filled by the Board of Managers, subject in the case of the appointment of additional officers by the Chief Executive Officer and President in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Article III. The Chief Executive Officer and President may make temporary appointments to a vacant office reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and President pending action by the Board of Managers.
