Vacancy Not Filled. Where a job vacancy occurs and the vacancy is to be filled by the Board or a new position is created by the Board, such vacancy or new position shall be posted within ten (10) working days as set out above. Temporary vacancies to be filled shall be filled in accordance with Article 16.
Vacancy Not Filled. Where a job vacancy occurs or a new job is created, such vacancy shall be posted within ten (10) working days as set out above. If a vacancy is not to be filled, the Board shall advise the Union, in writing, of such decision within ten (10) working days of the vacancy occurring.
