Common use of Vacant Placement Clause in Contracts

Vacant Placement. Prior to bumping which would result in the displacement of a junior employee, a full-time employee may be placed by mutual agreement between Union and Management, into a vacant position for which they are qualified and presently able to perform the duties required of the position as per the criteria of Article 13.04.
