Vacant Shift Assignment. Each facility covered by this Agreement shall on its own identify the practice to use when vacant shifts, that will not be filled as a “Call-In” or Job Posting, are assigned. The parties shall establish a fair, equitable system for such distribution of shifts. Refer to Letter of Agreement #3.
