Common use of Vacation and Other Similar Benefits Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Other Similar Benefits. Executive shall accrue at least four (4) weeks of vacation during each successive one year period in the Term, which vacation time shall be taken subject to such terms and conditions as set forth in INTCX’s executive vacation policy as in effect from time to time. Executive in addition shall have such paid holidays, sick leave and personal and other time off as called for under INTCX’s standard policies and practices for executives with respect to paid holidays, sick leave and personal and other time off.
