Vacation and Other Similar Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to vacation time to be credited and taken in accordance with the Company’s policy from time to time in effect for senior executives. Such vacation time shall not be carried over year to year, and shall not be paid out upon termination of employment, or upon expiration of this Employment Agreement.
