VACATION AND PERQUISITES. (i) The Executive shall be entitled to a minimum of four weeks paid vacation annually and shall also be entitled to receive such perquisites as are generally provided to other senior executives of the Company in accordance with the then current policies and practices of the Company. (ii) The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all business expenses incurred in the normal course of business. (iii) The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all legal fees attendant to the review of this Agreement, and shall advance and reimburse the Executive for all legal fees attendant to the enforcement of his rights hereunder; provided that, to the extent that the Company is successful in its defense of a claim by the Executive to enforce rights hereunder, the Executive shall not be entitled to reimbursement and shall repay any amount advanced to him, for the Executive's legal fees attributable to the portion of the claim with respect to which the Company is successful.
