Common use of VACATION AND PERQUISITES Clause in Contracts

VACATION AND PERQUISITES. Employee will be entitled to paid vacation time each year pursuant to the Bank's policy as it may be revised from time to time. The Employee shall receive the use of an automobile or an automobile allowance on terms determined of the Board of Directors from time to time.
