Vacation During the Fiscal Year. When an employee commences employment on the first day of the month on which employees under this Agreement work, he/she shall be entitled from that day to the following March 31, to a vacation leave with pay of one and one-quarter ( 1 1/4) days for each completed calendar month of service.
